The law is often viewed as a complex and confusing body of knowledge reserved for lawyers. We think otherwise. We are of the view that the law exists as a means or tool to organise and order society. If this is true, then every member of that society ought to know how the law affects them in their daily lives.
At XK Law, we like to make the law accessible to everyone. One way we do this is by putting out simply worded articles that touch on matters that may occupy your mind or that is spoken about by people around you as you go about you daily routine. It is our hope that you find these articles immediately useful.
XK Law puts out two types of publications, namely “The Attorney” and “Law Flash”
The Attorney
The Attorney consists of short articles written by XK Law lawyers, pupils or interns on current issues that may have raised questions in your mind or which you have heard / read about in social media / print media. These articles are short, punchy and straight to the point, immediately satisfying a curiosity that you may have had on that particular issue.
