ABOUT SAHAIN
SAHAIN graduated from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He completed his pupillage at NKPT under the tutelage of Joachim Francis Xavier and thereafter was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court Malaya in 2022.
Sahain is keen to explore the labyrinth of legal practice. He has keen interests in general civil litigation and criminal law. Sahain also has a passion for constitutional law and issues of parliamentary procedure.
During his time at university, Sahain was a student activist who was part of the team who conducted the first student-run campus election. Sahain drafted the University Rules on campus elections, which are still in force today.
Sahain believes that the legal fraternity plays an integral part in the operation of the rule of law in Malaysia. He is keen to utilise his legal education towards the betterment of society and the country. Sahain is also actively involved in training mooters at his alma mater.
Sahain works closely and supports the partners and associates to handle research on various points of law and develop legal strategies for individual cases.
He speaks and writes English and Malay fluently.
