ABOUT NIVETHA
NIVETHA read law at the Advance Tertiary College and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from University of London. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2023.
Her primary area of practice is in civil litigation, which includes among others, disputes in general litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, matrimonial disputes and tortious disputes.
Nivetha’s fascination with food and travel from a young age grew into an interest towards politics. It was this interest that led her to read law and to work with community building organisations alongside grassroots leaders. This provided her an insight on the impact of legal knowledge and prowess in a person’s quality of life. This was a turning point for her to pursue legal practice.
